Sharing my experience with an online store

I recently tried a few different online shops and wanted to share my experience. If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed. Bad lenses can cause eye strain, reflections and headache when you wear them for hours. A simple and honest answer like 鈥渨e do not have that option鈥?is better than marketing fluff. Loose hinges make the glasses slide down the nose again and again. A good store usually answers questions quickly and does not hide behind canned messages.

A good store usually answers questions quickly and does not hide behind canned messages. Many people do not mind waiting if they understand what is going on. I recently tried a few different online shops and wanted to share my experience. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention.
